Bayview deliver home energy upgrades for ALONE Housing Association

As part of their Corporate Social Responsibility, Electric Ireland commissioned a home energy upgrade projects for ALONE Housing Association in Dublin.

The works have been delivered by Electric Ireland’s partner Bayview Contracts in properties including Harold’s Cross Cottages, Railway Cottages, Carrick Coyle, Synnott Row and St Benedicts Gardens. The project focused upon installation of a range of insulation measures including attic insulation, cavity wall insulation, internal and external insulation, draught-proofing, ventilation and energy efficient lighting.
The project has been a huge success and has resulted in immediate benefits in terms of reducing energy costs and improving tenant comfort. According to Kevin White of ALONE Housing Association “We are delighted with the works completed. Our residents are already feeling the benefits and we are delighted at the way it has gone. Rory and the lads from Bayview have done a great job and have been a pleasure to work with”.
