Bayview Contracts Limited is one of Irelands leading providers of energy efficiency and building maintenance solutions within residential properties. Due to our ongoing expansion we are now recruiting for the following opportunity within our Newry office:
Building Maintenance Administrator
(Office Based, Newry)
This in an excellent opportunity to work within an established, busy project administration team, managing exciting building maintenance projects. In this role you will be required to manage a large volume of building maintenance calls, prioritise jobs, develop work-schedules and ensure all systems / databases are swiftly and accurately updated. You will be required to liaise directly with Field Engineers to ensure that all works are completed within the agreed Service Level Agreements.
To succeed in this role you must have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines / KPI’s. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and be able to liaise effectively with both internal and external customers. You must have strong IT capabilities and in particular an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Ideally you will have experience working within a construction environment and have a working knowledge of various construction practices.
You must have a good work ethic, be flexible and reliable and be able to assume responsibility for efficient project delivery.
