With an increased focus in ensuring the highest standards of fire protection within occupied residential and commercial properties, Bayview has extensive experience in delivering a wide range of fire protection services, including fire-stopping and fire door installation and maintenance.
Bayview work in partnership with the project team (e.g. Fire Officer, Engineer, Client, etc) to ensure delivery of all works in line with the strict specifications and guidelines. Delivered by competent and certified Engineers, Bayview ensure that all of the supporting information is provided to allow for full sign-off for each property.
Decant Process
Where required, Bayview has extensive experience in managing the decant process, with bespoke systems, processes and infrastructure in place to ensure the full protection of the customer/tenant and their belongings.
