Bayview Contracts are one of Ireland’s leading providers of response and planned maintenance contracts and currently manage over 20,000 properties on a 24x7x365 basis and complete approximately 50,000 response maintenance calls per annum.
In delivering these contracts Bayview has provided response maintenance coverage across all 32 counties of Ireland. Within each contract Bayview provide the ful range of multi-trade profressionals including Electricians, Plumbers, Joiners, Plasterers, Painters, Gardeners, Groundsmen, etc. Job priorities typical range from “Immediate Call Out”, 24 hour, 5 day or 20 day and cover pratically every possible job within a domestic or commercial property and also includes Void Repairs and specialist works (e.g. bathroom adaptations, disability ramps, etc). Cluid Housing Association – Responsive and Void Repairs to Domestic DwellingsBayview are delighted to been chose by Cluid Housing Association for the delivery of a response and void repairs service to almost 3,000 of their properties within their Eastern region, including counties Louth, Meath, Cavan, Monaghan, Dublin, Kildare, Carlow and Wexford. Cluid are very much an innovative, progressive and forward thinking Housing Association with an absolute focus on delivering a first class service for all tenants by providing quality housing and services to enable people to create homes and thriving communities.
Clúid is a not-for-profit organisation leading the way in delivering high quality, affordable homes to people on the housing waiting list all over Ireland. Since its establishment in 1994, Cluid has provided 4,755 properties to low income families and single people, older people, people with a disability and traveller families all over Ireland.
Bayview are fully committed to working in partnership with Cluid and all other stakeholders to provide a service that meets and exceeds all tenant expectations. In delivering this service Bayview will retain a focus on the following key objectives:

Bayview are delighted to be involved in this project, particularly due to the hugely innovative nature of this contract which is focused upon the Vanguard Systems Thinking Methodology and an “Open Book” costing model. As vindication of the innovative nature of this contract Cluid were successful in winning the prestigious award for “Innovation in Public Procurement” at the 2013 National Procurement Awards.
