About the Project
Works as carried out by Bayview Sustainable Homes were:
- Attic: Topped up to 300mm and ventilated sufficiently
- Cavity Wall Insulation: Front wall pumped with insulating bead
- External Insulation: 100mm Warm board fitted to external walls
- Heating System: Gas boiler upgraded to 4 pipe system boiler and controls
- Windows: One window changed at gable of property
- Mechanical Ventilation: Vent Axia whole house system
- Solar PV: 4.8kw Solar PV system installed
- Lighting Replaced: all bulbs with LED hi efficiency bulbs
