About the Project

Works as carried out by Bayview Sustainable Homes were:

  • Attic: Topped up to 300mm and ventilated sufficiently
  • Cavity Wall Insulation: Front wall pumped with insulating bead
  • External Insulation: 100mm Warm board fitted to external walls
  • Heating System: Gas boiler upgraded to 4 pipe system boiler and controls
  • Windows: One window changed at gable of property
  • Mechanical Ventilation: Vent Axia whole house system
  • Solar PV: 4.8kw Solar PV system installed
  • Lighting Replaced: all bulbs with LED hi efficiency bulbs

Homeowner had front and rear windows upgraded in recent past.
